Service
LinoxAI provides a website account, credit packs, and desktop AI software for Mac and Windows. Features may change as we improve the product.
Accounts
- You must provide accurate registration information.
- You are responsible for keeping your password secure.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse the service, attempt fraud, or violate these terms.
Credits & payments
- Plans are prepaid credit packs. Credits are used when you run AI work in the desktop app.
- Credits are non-transferable unless we say otherwise in writing.
- Wallet funding and plan purchases follow the process shown on the Billing page (admin funding / Buy Now).
- Unused credits generally remain on your account while it is active.
Acceptable use
You agree not to use LinoxAI for illegal activity, malware, harassment, or anything that harms others or our systems. Do not attempt to bypass billing, scrape credentials, or attack our infrastructure.
Desktop software
The app is licensed for your personal or internal business use with a valid LinoxAI account. Redistribution of builds without permission is not allowed.
Disclaimer
AI outputs can be wrong or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing results before relying on them. The service is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent allowed by law, LinoxAI is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the website or desktop app.
Changes
We may update these terms. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated terms.
